Madonna is finding leaked outtakes from photoshoots being posted online and is re-porting them on her Instagram page to show her upset:

as a fan from day one-I find it insulting that she thinks a fan is doing this!!!!! if anyone at all is leaking unreleased photos or tracks( & I still cant help thinking its all a PR stunt-seen as its happened with the last 3 albums!!)-then its bloody obvious its someone in her own personal camp!!!& the 'stealing is a crime'---madonnas 'stole' looks,song hooks,video ideas,tour ideas,photo shoots from anyone & everyone--oh yes--forgot if you call it a 'homage' it doesn't count!! know im probably goig to get slated for my opinion--but its quite annoying for her to think of her fans this way--ok--rant over!!! merry xmas & peace to all ;) xxxx
