I'm glad Katy Perry shows appreciation of Madonna, especially since it was Madonna who gave her a leg up.

Katy's version of Vogue shows how good Madonna is at it. Madonna's pop performances have usually been underrated - unfairly. When someone covers a Madonna song, or style, or dance move, it usually shows just how good Madonna was at it, even though she rarely receives credit for her skills.
