Yes, the country of Malawi absolutely needs a lot of doctors, female as well as male. I hope, that a lot of things will continue evolving, during her contributions.. :-)
I ALSO hope, that she discovered African humor, which is very important too, helping individuals deal with situations, that we in the rich part of the world, can hardly imagine. Keeping up a good sense of humor actually helps people being together in a difficult situation, and they are SO great at that in Africa!
