Katy Perry has she was left red faced after meeting Madonna, because she was too overwhelmed to talk to her idol.
The singer met her longtime hero last year, and couldn’t believe it when the Queen Of Pop complimented her music during an interview.
However, in true girly style, when Miss Perry came face to face with her heroine, she simple found herself lost for words.
She said: 'I met Madonna after her show, with just her close friends and dancers. (But all I could say was) 'thank you'. It was all I could get out of my mouth.'
