Thank you Madonna for treating us to this. Concert was so much fun!! True Fans know not to take her too seriously. She is a entertainer who entertains in her own special way. PSy was a treat for her NY fans (4) shows and I am one of many fans who appreciated it. Love you Madonna. No one does it better. Long Live the Queen!! God Bless her and protect her and her family and friends too. Long Time Fan from New Jersey!

+1 to LLH, some people are just never happy.... Madonna brought the most talked about pop singer Psy to her show for NY because she felt NY needs someone like Psy to cheer them up! Give it to Me/ Gangnam Style/ Music! What a special treat to her fans! And, everyone is having a good time! Awesome with a capital A! L-U-V it!

Madonna in the the 80's /90's & in the very early 00's managed to create music/ videos/ concerts that were ALWAYS AMAZING, ALWAYS ORIGINAL, & SHE MANAGED TO TAKE CHANCES THAT ALWAYS LANDED HER THE RIGHT SIDE OF COOL- & VAST AMOUNTS OF PEOPLE LOVED & EMBRACED HER. Sure Madonna has always had her critics but they were in the minority & diminshed over the 80's, after a brief career dip in the early 90's Madonna quickly rebounded & she really silenced her critics in the 90's with her amazing original work! I don't think people have become mean over time, it's just that Madonna had SO MUCH MAGIC then, she was a TRAILBLAZER, & EFFORTLESSLY COOL. With this background CONTEXT in mind, it's just a bit of a shock to many long time Madonna Fans to see her now sometimes FOLLOWING TRENDS & doing things where she sometimes appears to be TRYING to be cool & missing the mark. In the past the notion of Madonna TRYING to be cool was unthinkable-she just was COOL! IMPO Madonna STILL has the MAGIC, she is just less CONSISTENTLY AMAZING than she used to be. I STILL LOVE MADONNA- she has OUTLASTED & ACHIEVED more than any other famale artist in history.

Lol!! That was fun OmG! I had the opportunity to watch and full concert of this guy and some Korean spa, this guys is huge over there and his show
Stage and lighting is amazing !what a fun night for you New York ! Lol..

LLH

My question is: What else do you want from Madonna? whatever she does, she will never ever please anyone. It is always the same. She did not sing this or that song I love. She uses this or that new artist one time in her show. She pulls her pants down. She talks about Obama. Always something to complain about, and if you don't (like me) then I am a hardcore fan with not criteria.
I don't love everything Madonna, although, I am a fan since 1984. I don't love all shows 100%, but the 80% I like I amhappy with.
I am sorry she is not perfect, and to be honest, what's wrong in trying to stay relevant if you think she isn't anymore.
I bet she is still relevant to the millions of fans that still follow her around the world.
Just save your comments/complains/concerns in a portable drive so that you can post them again in the next tour.

Did you hear the crowd go absolutely wild at this collaboration? I sure did. This was pure fun and was meant to be so...not some sort of creation that must be analysed and regarded as some "future direction" of Madonna. There are a lot of strange negative comments in this thread...but more positive ones that make sense. It was pure sugar to watch (real sugar, not the fake stuff).

jc

LOL, Like she need some one with her ? those negative people don't have anything to to just create dram, FYI this sis a web site for Madonna fans. I just saying...

T

I guarantee all of the people here calling her desperate and at an all-time low because she invited a 1 hit wonder on stage with her are not fans. Fans of Lady Goober, yes.

It's embarrassing to see all the Goober stans constantly complain on this site whenever she is outdoing Goober, especially with this tour.

Quite transparent guys ;)

circusNY

I live in New York and was at THIS show on Tuesday...
and let me just tell you the energy level of Madonna and the entire audience was over the top.
The show was FUN, Madonna was having FUN, and having her invite Psy onstage was FUN. Fun...do you haters get that?
Or do your empty, empty lives only allow you to ANTI-post and judge??
Buy a ticket and go see her show and then you can have a TRUE voice when you construct your opinons on this. Just saying as I was THERE...not someone who is siting at home in his pajamas and just stopping by a website to talk sh*t...

paul harvey

She is just having fun and the crowd who paid big bucks to see her is lapping it up like mother's milk.People need to relax and let her enjoy herself. She needs to mix it up so she herself does not get bored. After atlanta it's my turn in miami at the AAA monday and tuesday night.

HCB

Let's get real: of course she's exhausted -- she has a family and has been on tour for almost 6 months now. like someone said, she has proven herself many times over and opened the doors for many female artists today. i have nothing but admiration at her stamina and endurance at this point in her life when most music vets with less illustrious careers would have 'retired' by now and milked the benefits of their once glorious past for as long as they could.

The psy callabo was cute fun at a viral internet sensation. Let's not over-analyze this too much now. I enjoyed it.

Rob

Wow! She rewarded her fans with a triple treat -- Give It 2 Me, Gangnam Style and Music! I love when she takes such departures from a tightly choreographed routine and throws something novel in for the fans. I don't understand negative posts. This isn't something "desperate" -- this is a Queen being able to summon the world's most popular current act to perform with her in front of her fans at a moment's notice. No one else in the biz has that kind of clout.

Mixie

Glad I'm not the only one who felt embarrassed by this.

Music was her last great album. I think MDNA is such a terrible album that I won't even own it.

I'm glad that I didn't spend $$ on concert tickets - which were on sale before the album was even out! - because my instincts said this would be another poor showing.

enzo

I was there and I have to say that I don't like the 'Gangnam Style' but M was having a great time and so was the audience..MDNA is the best show ever with or without these surprises..if it helps to have more songs good for us!!
and don't forget that NYC people needs a moment of silly fun these days..

Steve

That is the best clip. I cannot stop watching it -- I crack up every time. It represents the moment perfectly. I was there, and everyone just started jumping up and down. Pure pop.

Then you, kind sir, are a 'Stan', not a fan. Fans will give their honest opinion and still remain a fan. Have you never heard of the significant importance of feedback, good or bad?

I do believe in feedback so thats a fair statement but I did state my honest feedback. I am more inclined to agree with Jeffrey (below) about why as a fan I also don't think Madonna has anything to prove.
I come here as a fan to celebrate Madonna not criticize her, enough people do that already and no Im not a "stan" i'm a fan :)

(Jeffrey)
All of you who are critical of M need to realize she has nothing to prove to anyone anymore and is free to do what she wants to. She set the trends for so long, broke the barriers down for the Lady Gaga's and Katy Perry's who came after her, and now it is very hard for anyone to do that today with social media and youtube. Nobody is ahead of the curve anymore as every little thing and trend is instantly online for the world to see. That being said, she is hitting Atlanta this sat nov 17 and I can't wait!!!!! Keep on keeping on Madonna!!!!

Brian

It's pretty pathetic that after 30 years in the business things have come to this. Her desperation is showing.

please don't do it again.

Leona

Fun or not, to think how M used to be ahead of trends. Now she rides on the back of them (or even trails them). This has very much been the case since the choice of collaborators on 'Hard Candy' to those on 'M.D.N.A.' and now to bring Psy on stage with her... well! Who will be on stage with her next? Katy Perry? Justin Bieber? Taylor Swift?

Once a trailblazer...now a trail-lagger.

Johan

Oh please guys, this was fun - Madonna is working her ass of with this looong tour. She seemed to have fun herself with this. And she deserves it. Just think about what she does on stage. The first opening number would be enough to leave most of us totally exhausted. And she keeps on for 2 hours.

Rachel

Hideous, she just keeps making mistake after mistake. I can't hold my head up as a fan anymore. Embarrassing.

anoir

That was a cringe worthy collaboration. Guy Oseary, a big F U for that.
