Dolly Parton wants to duet with Madonna.
The country legend has always wanted to work with the 'Like a Prayer' singer, and thinks their styles would be a good match.
She told The Sunday Times newspaper: 'I'd love to do a duet, I always wanted to work with Madonna, but she never asked.'
She added that either Madonna or Lady Gaga would be: 'The perfect fit. Im as outrageous as they are. I was gaudy before they were gaudy.'

Dolly is an amazing songwriter. And for both of them to sit down and write something together would be amazing. But I doubt Madonna would do another duet. It's really just not her style. never has been, really.

Hey, I'm just as entitled to my opinion as you are yours. I HAVE heard plenty of Dolly's music (not my taste and I can't stand her voice) and I can't imagine Madonna wanting to sing with her. To Dolly's point, Madonna has never asked her.

While I have never been a fan of Dolly's music, I always thought she seemed like a genuine person. She was great in Steel Magnolias, Straight Talk & 9 to 5. A duet would be interesting.

Dolly Parton is NOT Desperate. How old is the person writing that comment? 12? Have some respect. Check out some of her recent live albums. Hell, check out ANY of her albums. The woman is a living legend and an amazing performer. I think she and Madonna would sound really nice together.

Honestly, I can't imagine how their styles would match...but as a musician I would love to hear them sing a duet together. I hope this happens!!
