I think the picture is amazing and flattering.Just to say that Madonna has never had any cheek inplants or any kind of operation to make her look younger or to make her look more pretty. She does not need this. She was born naturally beautiful.:)

I love Madonna, but why she allowed that "spaghetti" picture to be chose is beyond me. It's terribly unflattering and shows her terrible cheek implants. She is such a beautiful woman, I have no idea why they used such.
